A certified trainer for the Center for Teacher Effectiveness, Stephanie has taught science and art in several Virginia and Arizona charter and regular public schools for almost 20 years. Two years ago she almost left the classroom in frustration due to a sudden rise in both class sizes and student misbehaviors. Before giving up, she searched for something to help her be the most effective teacher she can be. Stephanie found that common-sense method, in the "Time to Teach" approach to classroom management, and now she wants to share it with other educators. In her training sessions she motivates and inspires fellow educators with her humor, sincerity, and desire for positive change.
